WEDNESDAY...
PLANNING, ORGANISING AND PREPARING:
Today was all about propper planning and teamwork. Every section was broken up an assigned to somebody. Natalie and Dewaldt were our hosts and welcomed the guests that were arriving.
The hotel and lodge management students did the preparation of the food we had for the night.At 3 o'clock wednesday we started setting the place up for meet the management. Invatations were made and handed out two days before our occation. We also provided our guests with a thank you block from all the first year students. We performed a song and dance for the guests as entertainement. We decorated the place with material we found in the area it self... We were surprised of the outcome, it looked really nice.
The night turned out a big success, everything went according to plan. We thank everybody for giving us this opportunity to learn how to plan an event such as this. It was something else and I learned a lot from it...
