Disacussion:

1. Budget for new equipment is finalised. Order is sent trough. Waiting for the delivery.

2. Structure is re-organised and in working order.

3. “Work on fire” is calculated in different working groups, they are a big help in fires. One problem that did occur is that there isn’t enough safety clothing for them. We are working on a budget.

4. Evacuation plan is restructured and a copy has been sent to all the Business Unit Managers as well as the Makhato’s.

5. There aren’t any problems so far. Everything is working well.

6. New meeting will be on the 3 of September 2011

7. Reports are being sent through.

Agenda for next week:

1. A log must be presented on the organising, labelling and counting of the new equipment.

2. Budget for more safety Clothing must be finalised, sent through and a copy must be presented.

3. Follow up on evacuation plan. Monitor whether it works or not. Make sure everything and everybody knows what to do.

4. Feedback on the reports for the Makhato Trustees must be discussed.

5. Budget for new fire vehicle must be drawn up.

Fire training must be provided for all the students – work out a strategy plan
